This unique heat activator is an idea heat source. This chemical heat activator brings the solution to the acceptable temperature range within seconds and maintains the proper temperature for approximately 20 minutes. No microwave is needed. It does not require expensive bulky battery powered heating devices or heating packs (ie: hand warmers) which can take up to one full hour to heat/cool the sample to the proper temperature and can also cause skin burns. Heating pads can also be inaccurate by making the sample too hot or too cold.
Four Step Simple Directions: Getting Started: DO NOT open Synthetic Urine Concentrate vial until ready for use. DO NOT open Heat Activator vial until ready for use.
Step One: Remove the screw cap from the plastic Collection Container and fill with lukewarm tape water to the top of the temperature strip. The tap water should be warm - not too hot or too cold. Keep (Do not dispose) Collection Container Cap - you will need it.
Step Two: Open Synthetic Urine Concentrate Vial and add the entire contents of Synthetic Urine Concentrate Vial to water in Collection Container.
Step Three: Within minutes prior to submitting the replacement urine sample, add entire contents of heat activator vial to Collection Container Solution. Screw cap on Collection Container and gently swirl the contents to completely dissolve Synthetic Concentrate and Heat Activator to produced the finished replacement urine sample that will be poured into a specimen cup for submission when tested.
Step Four: Before pouring Urine Replacement into specimen cup when tested, read temperature strip on Collection Container to ensure that solution is within the acceptable urine temperature range of 90F - 100F. Solution MUST be within the proper temperature range. Due to the temperature variations in tap water and the affects of the Heat Activator, there may be variations in the temperature of the Urine Replacement Sample. If Urine Replacement Sample is above 100F, let the solution cool by sitting. If it is below 90F, keep container close to your body to raise temperature. After proper temperature is reached, remove screw cap from Collection Container and pour needed amount of solution into specimen cup when tested.
